男,汉族,19802月生,江苏如东人,博士,教授,盐城师范学院海洋与生物工程学院院长、江苏省盐土生物资源研究重点实验室常务副主任、江苏省滩涂生物资源与环境保护重点实验室常务副主任,江苏省微生物学会理事,南京师范大学、扬州大学、南京工业大学等高校兼职硕士生导师,入选江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程中青年学术技术带头人、江苏省高校青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师培养对象、首批盐城市企业科技创新服务专家,获盐城市新长征突击手”“盐城市优秀科技工作者等称号。长期从事环境/农业微生物,发表高水平科技论文70余篇,主持国家自然学科基金3项,科技部专项1项。
